does anyone know if there is any good shooting games out there? I prefer zombie shooting games, but anything that has to do with shooting other moving things will do. It doesn't matter which system( except old ones and gamecube). Please reccomned some to me. I have beaten all of my games and need some more shooter games!!!

Well it is hard to beat the resident Evil series for Zombie Blasting action. I highly recommend them (if your mom approves anyways).

DOOM 3 was good. You could try some of the war games, like the Medal of Honor series, or the new Call of Duty. I played Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault, and had a good time with it.

If you want a really intersting first person game, try Thief, the first one for PC if you can get it. It should be super cheap. It isn't a "shooter", but I think it is far better, and honestly one of the best games ever.

Gray and Baker - thanks so much for offering him some advice.  He's heard Dave and I name-drop you guys a couple of times and is pretty awed that you'd come and talk to him about what to play.

He's going to pester me to buy him games now, though.....but that's ok. If he does his chores and doesn't beat the crap out of his brother he stands a pretty good chance of getting one of the titles you mentioned (I'd prefer Resident Evil personally)

If you run across the original Thief, give it a chance. It's the original "First Person Sneaker" and honestly my favorite first person game of all time.

We saw it at the BX earlier today...the only copy they have.  I couldn't get it because he was with me and I want to surprise him with it, so I'll go back tomorrow and hope that they still have it.

It DOES look good....I think that I'd like to play it too!

If you like Star Wars....Star Wars Battlefront 2 is a good (and fun Star Warsy way) game....

Hey Davey, Good to meet you!!

I may be biased on this, but my favorite FPSs have been Confict: Desert Storm I & II.

Great graphics, excellent detail of both friend and foe, good team play, engaging and realistic missions.. also, you have more options than just shooting everything up. Stealth and sneakiness are often the best options.

Have fun!!!

I was always a fan of the Unreal Tournament series, and for the consoles, you can probably get Unreal Championship for a good price.

I love all the Medal of Honor stuff. Can't go wrong with them. FPSs are my thing in video games. Return to Castle Wolfenstein was a similar theme. They're a little older now, but the James Bond games were kind of fun too. My favorite is sniping from a distance.

My wife and I both are enjoying the heck out Battlefront 2 and she *hates* video games. I concur here.

Deus Ex is a pretty good game. You can play it either by sneaking around, being a bloody killer, or hovering between the two; and the game adapts to the strategy you adopt.

Heh... adapt, adopt... *blinks and looks confused*

You and your FPSs...(shakes fist)...

I'm more of an RTSer, but my friend recently bought Battlefield 2...now if only my video card didn't suck...
