Let's see...

Rolling Rock Green Light Low Carb beer....yummy!

Pickled onions (the really big ones, not those wussy silverskin things)

Vegemite or Marmite on toast

Old English Bulldogs (getting one when we move to the UK later this year)

NYPD Blue (more specifically, Sipowitz and the character's progression throughout the series)

My new glasses (if I knew how to post a pic I'd be able to show you all...)

Taking a hot bath after dark with the drapes open so I can look at the stars and the darkness from the comfort of my tub (I think because it reminds me of my childhood)

Knitting

The smell of Tide 'Clean Breeze' laundry detergent

Swimming laps and being the only one in the pool

Shopping for new shoes ( got some this weekend)

Ironing (I dunno why)

Draft Guinness

Sitting on my deck at sunrise in the summer, drinking coffee and watching my corner of the world start the day

...and my local Borders bookstore.

Obviously this isn't the entire scope of my likes, there are many more (and many weirder ones). These are just what I was thinking about this evening.

I'm going to go take a bath with a jar of pickled onions and a pint of Guinness at my side, then put on some PJ's that got washed in Tide Clean Breeze and watch NYPD Blue. Ahhh...the perfect end to the day.

you forgot to mention anything about your husband in there... i'm very disappointed... are you telling us that you don't like feeling your man's arms around you?

shame on you... lol

Muggaz: I'm British, and we managed to get orders there. I grew up on Vegemite, it's the food of the gods. Hey, you should email me...we'll get a penpal thing going and we can pub crawl in England together.

imaginit: Yes, I do like it, but I refuse to become the kind of woman who's sentences begin with 'my husband'... so I left him out of this blog entry. I have my own identity, and I like it...he's a part of that, but he's not the sum total of me...how'd your testing go, btw?

identity ishmendity.. you shouldn't be made to feel ashamed for loving your husband and including him in your thoughts and in your life...

i did alright i guess... i doubt if i made it... but hey, who cares, right? there's always next year. I'm more concerned with graduating from college than i am in getting promoted...

Imaginit: I'm not ashamed for loving my husband...and he's included in almost everything I do...but not all of it.

Muggaz, I'm dropping you a line later today...we'll go have a few pints (I can hold my own though, be forewarned) and a chat. I might even cook for you if you're lucky...!

Nicky, Vegemite is a spread that you put on bread/toast. I'n Australia it's called vegemite, in England it's known as Marmite. It's dark brown, almost a black color, and tastes...well, I think it fair to say it has a unique taste. I can't think of anything to compare it to. Beefy...but not quite....salty...maybe... you'd have to taste it yourself.
