...you find your feet swelling at the end of the day. I never had this problem before...ever. Not even when I was pregnant. Not even when I was overweight. Tonight my feet look like sausages with little toes sticking off the end of them. Not very pretty.... I recall my mum and her friends talking about how they dare not take their shoes off on the bus on the way home from work because they were afraid they wouldn't be able to get them back on again and would have to walk home barefoot. I never understood their predicament...until now. *sigh*......my age is starting to show and I don't like it. Idon't mind BEING 35, I just don't want to LOOK 35.

Just put them up when you get home babe. If it's any consolation I'm not even 25 and my ankles swell sometimes, too...usually in the heat and humidity of the summer, though...

Yeah, I know what you mean.  And I'm not really bitching, I like being 35 - mentally, that is.  I don't like the physical aspect of it!

Just put them up when you get home babe.

I'm going to have to start doing that.  Still makes me feel old, though....

do ya know what neurothopy is?

Yes, I have it in a couple of toes on my right foot.  The herinated discs in my back are putting pressure on the nerve root and it makes my toes either numb or tingly.  Either way, I have altered sensation and it aint gonna get better on it's own...!
