Low-down, cowardly dirty behaviour.

The bullshit that's been laid upon me and my family in the past few days is some of the lowest behaviour I've ever experienced.

Whoever did it is a cowardly piece of shit who has some real personality defects. I could have taken it better if it had been directed against me personally, but it wasn't just about me...it was about my family too.

My husband and I spent the better part of yesterday evening calling all of our friends and relatives to give them our new phone number. We spent a lot of time today trolling around different agencies on base, making sure they had our new number. We still have to call our banks, credit card companies and physicians offices to inform them of the change.

This morning I had to go sit with an attorney and talk about the nastiness that had been sent to me over the past 5 days.

Now, this evening, I have to welcome a police officer into my home and invite him to take a look at my computer so he can gather evidence from it. I have to take the time to write a statement, and I'll probably have to take more time to go down to the PD to visit with a detective.

I still have to engage in ongoing dialogue with different companies, cancelling all the orders that were placed in my name. I have to notify a credit reporting agency that my applications for credit may be being made fraudulently in my name. I have to keep an eye on the mailbox for things that I didn't order, and if things show up, I have to go across to the post office and file a mail fraud complaint.

If whoever is reading this is the perpetrator of this idiocy, I have some things to say to you: you're a worthless piece of shit. I have never detested anyone as much as I detest you, and I don't even know who you are - yet. Sooner or later you're going to get busted...and when you do, I'm going to press charges. I'm not going to let this drop....I want to see you prosecuted, and when that's over with I'm going to file civil suit against you. You may think that that won't go anywhere because you don't have anything, no money, nothing of value...well, you're wrong. If I find you and I'm awarded a judgement against you, the government can and will garnish any income you have until the judgement against you is paid in full.

You can think I'm full of shit, you may even laugh as you're reading this.....you might think that it's over, but it's not. It's not over, it's not done....not by a long shot.

Dharma,

I like and respect you and enjoy your posts and root for you and your heroic Husband. But I think you need to chill. You let this get to you, and you should not have. It is petty, spiteful, hateful and vindictive what was done to you. But that is all it was. it was not lethal. The only difference between you and I is that the one trying it on me was not as sophisticated as yours, and so other than a ton of spam, I took care of the rest and just ignored it.

Please, I know what you are doing is good and wise. But stop letting it eat away at you like this. This is not you posting this message. This is a person who is letting a small evil person get to them, posting this. Just let it go. It is not worth your health or time.

You know what, you're right. I DID let it get to me...I HAVE let it get to me, and I've let myself become angry and bitter about it.

Did the "orderer" used their cash, or their credit card or was irt COD. I can't see any purchase made in this day and age without a valid credit card. Or am I not the "savy".

One has to wondering what kind of worthless piece of human trash would intentionally try to harm someone else like this?

True. And any merchandise you receive that you did not solicit, is yours to keep without paying for it. That is the law as well. I suspect it was not actual merchandise, just vendors threatening to dunn her for payment. And in that, you can safely ignore them. It is up to the vendors to prove you ordered it and in a case like this, it is readily apparent that the order would not have come from the intended reciepient.
