On the advice of counsel, I called the PD this morning and filed a complaint about the crap that's been happening.

An officer will be at my house later this afternoon, and will be making copies of all the emails I've recieved and all the correspondence accompanying those emails, and I will make a statement regarding the events of the past week.  The police have much more sophisticated investigative tools than I, their 'reach' is a lot longer than mine.

According to my attorney, if the police have reason to believe that one individual is responsible I can not only press criminal charges, I can also file civil suit against that individual.  The requirements for proof in a civil case are much less than they are in a criminal case...and even if the individual responsible has no money or worth I can still be awarded a judgement.

But this isn't about the money. This is about fraud, identity theft and harassment.  This is about my not tolerating this kind of behaviour.

I'm not going to tolerate it.
