I've been wonder who's been reading me....not the regular JoeUsers, but people who, for whatever reasons, make a point of coming here to read the garbage I turn out on a regular basis.

I'm going to leave this article open...anonymous users can respond too....so, if you're one of my lurkers, could you please leave me a post?  You don't have to tell me who you are or anything about yourself if you don't want to, just tell me what led you here and why you come back.

Registered users...I'd like to pose the same question to you.  I'm not looking for an ego-stroke, I'm just curious....

*sits back and waits for the crickets to start chirping*.....

Add another one... you're on my regular reading list. I also read BW and NickyG regularly in case you're interested.

We have different backgrounds and very different lives so there isn't much I can contribute to your blogs in general. I do enjoy your style and attitude though (and that is meant in the best way).

I am a regular reader, got here by reading the joeuser blogs of some friends of mine who I have a great deal of respect for; Greywar and Pseudosoldier, and saw links to your site from both places. When my wife started blogging (life-happens) she mentioned your site as a major source of inspiration. I have been amused and moved by your writing, thanks for sharing with us.

I don't read, I inhale.... least I've been told by my girlfriend who saw me crunch down a 700 page book in about 6 hours yesterday when I didn't want to watch the election results and we didn't have money to spend so we'd decided to just find 2 books and read em together.

Now if your looking for demographic... I'm male, 23... and not single now!! haha!!

I gotta brag about the GF thing because it's so new to me hehe

damn you dharma, youre addictive!

There should be a 'dharma anonymous' or somethin'....

i like to read all the crazy comments others make

Me too! sometimes they're mor interesting than the crap I write!

After a few weeks of reading i noticed that certain people kept having their names attached to the articles i liked, which let to tracking down their blogs and reading them regularly. And that's why I read what you write.
And they all lived happily ever after...

Yes, they did.......

The post that drew me in was the one where you talked about missing your husband because he was away, and he had sent you a shirt that smelled of him (this is what my husband and I did when we were apart).

It surprises me just how many people do that....I still find it incredibly comforting. We're sleeping in the same bed, just not at the same time at the moment....so I hug his pillow and get my 'fix' that way!  Thanks for letting me know you read!

I've become more of a lurker than a poster, but I'm here nonetheless

I was wondering where you went off to....

I never read any of your articles, including this one

Okay......

I read you too, Dharma. (tho' admittingly, I comment very little.)

Well, start commenting, dammit!  Kidding...thanks for reading!
