I've been wonder who's been reading me....not the regular JoeUsers, but people who, for whatever reasons, make a point of coming here to read the garbage I turn out on a regular basis.

I'm going to leave this article open...anonymous users can respond too....so, if you're one of my lurkers, could you please leave me a post?  You don't have to tell me who you are or anything about yourself if you don't want to, just tell me what led you here and why you come back.

Registered users...I'd like to pose the same question to you.  I'm not looking for an ego-stroke, I'm just curious....

*sits back and waits for the crickets to start chirping*.....

Looks like I am the first mysterious stranger to pop out of the woodwork. I've been reading you for a couple of months now. You provide a little seen look at the life of military dependents. A big eye opener.

Cheers.

how could anyone NOT want to read you? Sometimes the timing for comments is off, but reading is addictive....

I don't read anything. I'm not even commenting right now. I'm just a figment of your collective imaginations...

no, mustn't post, mustn't lose my precious lurkerness, must resist the urge to post, argh...

Once Upon A Time...
There was a game called Galactic Civilizations, and i thought it would be a fun game and i bought it (or to be overly technical i bought a subscribtion to drengin.net for a year). And it came with these neat extras, like stardocks updater and registration here. So time goes by and one day i'm using said updater and i notice a link to something called joeuser.com, when the evil cat killer caused me to click on the link and next thing i know i've found oodles of things to read about all sorts of stuff. After a few weeks of reading i noticed that certain people kept having their names attached to the articles i liked, which let to tracking down their blogs and reading them regularly. And that's why I read what you write.
And they all lived happily ever after...

Hi dharma
I'm not sure exactly how I came across your blog, but I've been reading for some time. The post that drew me in was the one where you talked about missing your husband because he was away, and he had sent you a shirt that smelled of him (this is what my husband and I did when we were apart). I read your blog posts daily (love Henry btw), but never comment. I love learning what people in the world think and feel, and this is possible through blogs. Take care.

I've become more of a lurker than a poster, but I'm here nonetheless.
