I ran a series of these this past spring.  I feel like reviving it....

I'm going to try and grow my hair out to about shoulder length.  After the bad haircut experience a couple of months ago I'm wary of letting anyone get the scissors near my barnet.

I used to play the trumpet when i was in HS.

I have had 8 sugeries so far.

I'm running out of spare parts....the only thing I have left that I can comfortably live without is my spleen.  The rest of it has gone bad or broken and needed to come out.

I fried chicken in my pressure cooker for the first time this evening...and it was goooood!

I can't make pastry to save my life...but I'm going to give pie making another try this weekend.

I've tried heroin.  Didn't like it.  Apart from that I'm really a drug newbie...I've smoked a total of 4 joints in my lifetime, dropped acid twice that I can remember...that's about it.  Now prescription meds, that's a different story - I've had 8 surgeries, remember?

I've recently started talking to god again.  It's going quite well so far.

I'm bringing my new baby home tomorrow.  I'm really excited about that.  I'm sure there will be a couple of sleepless nights and a lot of mopping floors going on, but that's okay.  I'm looking forward to having someone to keep me company during the day when the kids are at school and Dave's asleep.

Speaking of which, I'm having a hard time adjusting to his working nights.  We never seen to see each other....but it's better than him being gone.  I'd rather see him for half an hour a day than not see him at all for a year.

I'm getting away from being a fashionista...these days, clean, comfortable and casual are more my style.  That being said, I do have a thing for stiletto heels......

Very interesting read. Thanks for sharing. I'm about to hit 100 articles posted, so I'm working up a 100 things about me type post. I've seen other bloggers do things like that, most recently CS-Guy, and thought I'd steal the idea.

I like learning new things about you! I always wanted to play trumpet when I was younger, but they needed flutists, so that's what I ended up being. Talking to God is a good thing, isn't it? I'm happy for you, and I'll be praying.
