I dunno if you missed me or not, but I'm back (Much to the chagrin of those who had hoped I had left permanently, I hope.  I told you it'd take more than that to get rid of me!)

My PC guru, Dave-across-the-street, volunteered to put some new stuff on my 'puter.  In doing so, he found many, many problems, and hence it took 48 hours and many headaches to get me up and ruinning again.....up, rinning, bigger, and better , much better than before.

All for the tune of $80 because we used to surf the same spots in Florida and got to talk some surf stuff and hang ten for a while.

I'm stoked, I really am.

So I'm back.

More articles to follow.

Oh, and yes, I'm addicted to JU.  I realized that this afternoon when I got withdrawl symptoms.  I'm disappointed with myself, but have to to a point of acceptance.

To bad the only place you can surf in the midwest is Lake superior, and that is really corl and scary with all the sharp rocks! (but at least no sharks!)

Although I heard of a new indoor surfing pool in Wisconsin dells....... I may have to check it out, it could possibly host a Joeu get together!

Dharma!!!! I was actually out of the loop since last Sunday (wrote a quick blog about my week at camp). So when I came back on Saturday and didn't see anything from you recently (sad how 2 or 3 days seems like a long time eh?) I was worried. Glad to know it was just computer stuff. Looking forward to hearing more from you!

Totally agree with that sentiment!  Hey, isn't it great to know a good computer guy?!

Yes, it is!

I have a techie right across the street!  For the next 4 weeks that is, anyway.

It's even better to BE a good computer guy. Getting money and conversation in exchange for menial and simple tasks is most fun.

Well, it's menial and simple to us, maybe not to other peoples.

No, Cocoa-Beach-Dave trouble shot my machine for hours trying to figure out what was going on....and was very patient with me.

I'd love to watch you work, Zwei.....I find techie things and computer guts fascinating.  I have not much aptitude ofr them, but they interest me anyway!
