I read an article in a British newspaper this morning about a new Lingerie Football League. (there's a couple of nice pictures in that article....)

Apparently lovely ladies have signed up not for the traditional role of cheerleaders, but as players.  They don't wear the traditional pads and spandex, they wear bras and garter belts instead.

I'm not a dude, but it would seem to me that this is the best of both worlds for guys.

The humor value alone would be worth watching it. I don't think it will be challenging the NFL anytime soon thoguh.

Yeah, that and the fact that you get to see semi-naked stacked girls jiggling around the field, right?

Sounds like someone is trying to cash in on the surprising popularity of The Lingerie Bowl. Someone needs to tell them that what works as a novelty rarely translates into an everyday success.

Personally there are far more interesting and entertaining things I'd rather see jiggling semi-nude women doing. I'll pass, thank you.

No matter how attractive the girls are now, they're soon going to be covered with scrapes and bruises. Yuck. There might be a small fetish group into that, but not large enough to support a league.

Expect this to flop. Big time.

I think they should recruit some male cheerleaders.  Now that would be funny!

Hey, you left a comment on my blog a while ago and I meant to thank you for it, but I'm a little intimidated by how good ur writing is to be honest! So I didn't know what to say.

I guess u have to move around a lot huh? I guess that's pretty unsettling, I hope ur not having too hard a time with it (judging by this article ur sense of humor is well and truly still intact!).

I just wanted you to know I really admire your writing, and thanks again for your comment.

All the best , love Dyl xxx

Errmm...are you sure you have the right blog, Dyl? I'm not that good....!

Yeah, we have to move around occasionally.  I like it.  My kids get to experience new and different places and people (as do I).  The only thing I'm having a hard time with at the moment is the military's lack of timeliness with deciding where our next move will be to...apart from that, I'm cool with stuff.

Thanks for stopping by..come back again soon!
