There's a few things that I want to say..none of them really worth an entire blog of their own, but enough to compose a decent sized one when lumped together. Please forgive me if this is a little fractured; like I said, these are entirely random subjects.
First off, for those who haven't yet caught on, my husband signed up here at JoeU. He's probably not going to blog, he says that's my 'thing' and he doesn't want to intrude and compete..he's just going to throw in his 2 cent's worth when he thinks/feels he needs to. He got an ID weeks ago, actually, but swore me to secrecy. I wanted to have a little fun with things and say stuff like "I have fallen in love with Lonesome Traveler" to get people talking, but he didn't want to play . Anyway, he gave himself away on my 'Ostrich Factor' blog...after making me promise not to disclose his identity, he let his own cat out the bag. I find that rather ironic!
Next: There seems to be a epidemic of copy-cat behaviour going around. It started, I do believe, with my posting a series of articles entitle 'Things you don't know about me'. I had posted 3 or 4, then all of a sudden a bunch of other people followed suit, some being entirely satirical with titles like 'Things I don't care to know about you' and 'Things you'll never know about me'. Next came JillUsers article 'My 2 cents about blogs' about your blog being like your home...that spawned a spate of similarly themed articles. Most recently I posted 'My JoeU family', and again, within a day there were 2 or 3 other other bloggers who jumped on the bandwagon. I don't mind too much, I mean, what am I going to do about it? Trademark everything I write? That's not going to happen. It's just starting to get a little old, is all, and I wanted to mention it.
Lastly...I've grown really attached to some of you here. Just wanted to throw that out there. I had wanted to say something else, but it would probably have offended a certain section of the population here and I don't to ostracize anyone.
I really have grown attached to some of you though...you know who you are.
