I'm naked.

Totally naked, for the first time in ages.

No accoutrements, no embellishments, no adornments...nothing.

No lotions, potions, no sprays, no perfumes, no gels, waxes, pomades...nothing.

No make up, not even any deodorant.

A towel, yes (sorry if I shattered your illusion!)..but I even had to take the nail color off my toe nails.

I didn't realise how much 'stuff' I use until I didn't use it.

Naked and listening to The Clash (Should I stay or should I go).

Preparing myself......

...I'm prepared. Let's get this show on the road.

Aww... stop it girls! It's not worth the time or emotions. If I had gone out of my way to do something nice for someone else I'd probably expect a thank you. The thing is that I don't ask for it. So, with that being sad I think this is another one of those times in which you are all right but wrong at the same time. Wise Fawn doesn't seem to have done anything wrong except expect a nice reply from you, Dharma.

JillUesr~ I would have thought that, of all people, you'd be above name calling and quick judgement.

Wise Fawn~ I know how frustrating it can be at times when people don't respond how you think they should. I went on an erand (spelling?) for my mother the other day and she didn't say anything about it. Then yesterday she asked me if she said thanks for it and when I told her she didn't she looked so mad at herself and so she said thanks. Maybe we should all be that devoted to trying to make each other feel like we deserve to feel good. Though, I still don't think the last comment was necessarily needed.

Dharma~ Why would you be so mad at someone for being kind and expecting the same from you? Maybe you should look to MadPoet on how it's done. He even accepted Dan when he said something nice to him and asked him to be friends. That's a true friend to have. I don't know if you care what he does but I think Mad is a very forgiving person. Maybe you should turn the other cheek also? I hope you realize that you're reacting in the wrong way for sure.

In fact, I probably am too in telling you to change yourself, so I'll just say I'm sorry now if I offended anyone here. I enjoy all of your company.

Are you aware of the entire history behind this conversation? Have you seen the other responses she left for me? I don't think so.

Perhaps you should see what Dan and I have said to each other in the past before you go preaching to me about how to kiss and make up with people. And, FYI, I AM turning the other cheek. There's a lot of things that I had wanted to say but didn't.

Oh, and Jill came to my assistance because Wise Fawn's done a similar thing to her too. So, CC, do your homework before you jump in and start making judgements.

I'd like to see all of you ladies settle this argument by wrestling naked, i will run a book on it and more than likely make a profit.

May I ask what I did to JillUser?
on Apr 25, 2004
You were snide to her like you were snide to me. I just went and looked for the example, but I can't find it.

Oh, and WiseFawn, you seem to forget that I thanked you publicly in my 'You like me...you really like me' article after I had won 'Best Newcomer' award. As I recall you asked me why I was thanking you.

I'm feeling some serious hatred in here. Or at least some aggression. Let's go with Pete's idea. I think he's on to something.

Peter~ could I help write it so I could get some of the profit also?

Well, have fun fighting. I'll talk to you later, hopefully, Dharma.

I meant run a book on it as in a taking bets on it, maybe its not a phrase used in America?

I doubt there is any quick judgement involved there

Yes, that is a phrase used here.
However, you might make more money selling a photo journal of it instead

Dharma,
Q: What happens when a Buddhist becomes totally absorbed with the computer he is working with?
A: He enters Nerdvana.

(Thought you could use a bit of Buddhist humor there )

Aggression maybe. She had no reason to come here and start shit like this. Hatred...I don't hate anyone. Dislike some people strongly, but hate, nope.

I'll talk to you later, hopefully, Dharma.

Yes, you will.
