I just got the call. I got the job, and I start tomorrow!

Yay for going back to work!

Yay for having a paycheck again!

Yay for sensible hours that won't interfere with my family life too much!

Yay!

No, Ashlee, I'm not going to let you play the victim. I'm not going to tell you to go away...you have just as much right to be here as I do. I'm even going to read what you write, and if I have something to say, I'll respond. I'm just not likely to believe a single word you say.

Nic: it's going great! Today was slow, but it gave me a chance to get my department organized the way I want it. I think my weekend girl might have to get the push (I'm going to talk to my boss about that tomorrow) but apart from that, everything's cool!
